7-Day Return & Exchange Policy

At Khadeeja Store, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, due to hygiene reasons and the delicate nature of jewelry, we have a strict policy:

  1. Damaged/Defective Items: If you receive a broken or wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  2. Proof Required: You MUST make a video while opening the parcel. Without an unboxing video, no claim for damage or missing items will be accepted.

  3. Customized Items: Customized jewelry (Name necklaces, etc.) cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.

  4. Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds for "Change of Mind."
